Every week, approximate 140 tons of hams and bellies are deboned and cut according to customer specifications.
Each product which enters the factory is individually inspected by our skilled staff to meet various criteria:
- Overall quality
- Weight range
- Fat thickness
The customer determines a weight of finished product at which he can rely on lean hams and bellies of superior quality, cut according to their own individual specifications.
